Ramsey Douglas have been dealing with a complicated move from Spain with two seperate destinations in the UK. From the beginning, they made it all trouble free, and recommend them to anyone, they manage to make moving as pleasant as it can ever be!

I had to send you an email to say what a fantastic job Jim and Glen did yesterday. They were quick and efficient wih everything cleared and organised beautifully. Actually a big thankyou to your whole team. From our first contact I have found your service exemplory ! Would not hesitate to recommend you or use your services again as every step of the way has been smoother than I thought possible. I seldom write letters like this but your service really does deserve 5 stars and a gold cup.....

.......I had intended to email soon after you deliverd our goods to Corumbela back in November... to thank you and everybody at Ramsey Douglas for providing such a great service during what could have been a very stressful period. Thanks to you and all your staff everything went without a hitch and your flexibility, support and friendliness contributed enormously to that. We shall certainly recommend you to anybody looking for a removal company.........

I though I would drop you a line and let you know how we are getting on... You moved us at the end of November to Torrox Pueblo, and so we have now been here just over 4 months. All is going well..... Roger was a gentleman on our journey over, and the move went so well, no breakages and my furniture fits well in my new house......Thanks so much for your help, I'm just sorry it took me all this time to tell you. Thanks again, I will call in if I pass.

Testimonial ...... Many companies claim to offer best value and excellent customer service. Ramsey Douglas really lives up to it's promises. They even watered our beloved Yucca plant who is now happy and well and living on our terrace.

I would just like to reiterate what I said to you on the phone last week with regards to the service that you provided for our furniture removals between Aberdeen and Spain. I could not have wished for a better hassle free move for my furniture, your people were polite and friendly both in Aberdeen and in Spain. The service was prompt with no damage or no losses to anything that you transported for us. I would just add that it was excellent value for money and I would not hesitate to use your servcies in the future and I would most definitely recommend you to others.
